How it works

An invoice is raised in Perfect ERP.
The customer is asked to pay online.
The customer pays through the EaseBuzz gateway.
The gateway settles the money to your bank account.
The payment is recorded and matched to the invoice in the ERP.

What we do and what the gateway does

Payment gateways are run by licensed payment providers, which handle the customer's payment, security and settlement. Perfect ERP Software is not a payment gateway, payment aggregator or processor. We integrate the EaseBuzz payment gateway with Perfect ERP so payments become part of your business records. Your gateway account and its charges are agreed directly with the provider.

Using more than one payment gateway

Some businesses use several gateways, for example to offer more payment methods, to keep a backup if one is unavailable, or to compare charges. Platforms that manage several gateways through one connection are known as payment orchestration platforms. If you use or plan to use more than one gateway, tell us which ones, and we will tell you what can be connected to Perfect ERP and what would need custom development.

No. Payment details are entered on the gateway's own payment pages, never in our enquiry forms.
